Garden Hire

In accordance with the Kensington Improvement Act 1851 and Open Spaces Act 1906 garden committees may only grant limited rights to third parties to use the gardens for recreational use of the garden under their control and not for any commercial or other purpose.

As such the hire of the garden for commercial purposes (including but not limited to performances, events, filming and stills shoots) or other non-recreational purposes is not permitted.
