This describes how Earl's Court Square Garden Subcommittee, as a data controller, collects, uses and discloses information about residents, and what choices you have regarding this.

WHO DOES THIS POLICY APPLIES TO?

Residents of Earl's Court Square who are Garden Charge-payers or Garden Subscribers.

WHY WE PROCESS YOUR DATA

In order to administer the issue of keys for access to the garden enclosure, to contact you if there is a specific garden-related matter that is relevant to you and to discharge our obligations under the Kensington Improvement Act 1851.

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR DATA

We only collect the data you supply us with directly.

DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the names, postal addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers and electronic key fob numbers of members of the Garden Charge-payers and Garden Subscribers.
We do NOT store copies of ID and proof of residency required to obtain key fob access.

HOW LONG WE HOLD YOUR DATA

We will retain the information you supply us with until you inform us that you no longer want to be on our database or you advise us that you no longer reside in a property that permits access to the Garden.

DATA DISCLOSURE

We will not share any personal data with any third party unless directed to do so by law, nor allow it to be used for any purpose other than garden access and other garden related matters.

YOUR RIGHTS OVER YOUR DATA THAT WE HOLD

You can request access to the personal data we hold on you or that your data is amended, suppressed or deleted.
We will aim respond within 14 working days of your request.
